This Privacy Policy describes how CostTrail Inc. (“CostTrail”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit costtrail.io (the “Site”) or engage with us for services. It does not cover data processed inside the AI2BI Hub product, which is governed by a separate agreement.

Contact form submissions. When you submit the contact form we receive the name, work email, company, company size, interest selection, and message you provide.

Analytics. We may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Plausible) to measure aggregate Site usage. No cookies are set for cross-site tracking.

Server logs. Our hosting provider may log IP address and user-agent for operational and security purposes.

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries you submit through the Site.

Sharing
